Tim Walter und Christiane Hoffmann von WEGVISOR® unterstützten das Schulgründerteam der Schule FELS in Limbach-Oberfrohna mit einem Teamworkshop. Anhand einer Reflexion der Verhaltenstypen und Ableitung von Strategien zum Lösen von Spannungen in Konfliktsituationen konnte das Team gestärkt werden. Der Workshop bot den Teilnehmern ebenso Spaß wie auch wirksame Erkenntnisse über die eigene Persönlichkeit und ein effektives Miteinander.

WEGVISOR® unterstützt das Schulgründungsvorhaben in Limbach-Oberfrohna schon seit einigen Jahren. Die Eröffnung des Schulbetriebs soll dieses Jahr ab August für das Schuljahr 2018/2019 erfolgen, mit zwei Oberschulklassen und einer Gymnasialklasse.
